leaders like you need safe spaces & better conversations.

Who This Is For:

  • Founders and CEOs who became leaders by default

  • Managers promoted because they were great doers

  • Team leads responsible for people but lacking training

  • Executives who need leaders beneath them, not just helpers

  • Anyone managing people who wants less friction and better performance

You don’t need a C-suite title to belong here.
If you lead people, this room was built for you.

What is The Boardroom?

The Boardroom by Level 11 Leaders is a private leadership community designed for people who manage other people and want to do it better.

Some members are CEOs and founders. Others are leaders and managers inside growing organizations.

What they have in common is responsibility.

They’re accountable for performance, people, decisions, and outcomes, but were never formally trained how to lead.

The Boardroom exists to close that gap with practical leadership training that helps teams perform better without relying on micromanagement, pressure, or guesswork.

This isn’t a course, and that's intentional.

Inside The Boardroom, you'll get:

2x Monthly calls for topical leadership workshops and round table discussions

Practical tools, scripts and templates you can use right away

A private community of leaders and managers

Frameworks for communication, accountability and development

Take real time off without fearing everything will fall apart.

Get fewer Slack pings and more proactive solutions.

Delegate confidently because your team finally gets what ownership looks like.

Move faster because decisions no longer bottleneck with you.

Build leaders, not just doers—so your business can scale sustainably.

Everything inside The Boardroom is designed to reduce friction, increase clarity, and help leaders stop carrying everything alone.

2026 workshop series

Each month inside The Boardroom, we run a focused leadership workshop designed to solve one real leadership problem at a time.

These are not lectures or theory.

Why This Works

Most leadership problems are not personality problems.

They’re skill problems.

People are expected to give feedback, hold accountability, develop others, and lead under pressure without ever being trained how to actually do that.

The Boardroom focuses on skill development first, because when leaders get better, teams follow suit.

The Real Value of The Boardroom

Most leadership programs charge thousands for short-term access, generic frameworks, or theory-heavy content that never makes it into day-to-day behavior.

The Boardroom is different.

This is ongoing leadership development for people who manage other people and want to do it better without burning themselves out or micromanaging their team.

One avoided mis-hire, one improved conversation, or one leader you develop beneath you easily pays for this membership many times over.

This is not a one-time course.

This IS the leadership infrastructure you can rely on as your role and your team evolve.

You’re spending more time chasing updates than driving strategy.

Your team waits for direction instead of taking initiative.

Problems keep resurfacing because no one’s truly owning the solution.

You’re still the go-to for every major decision.

You know they’re capable — they just haven’t been trained to lead at a higher level.

Your people can go beyond

expectations when they’re trained to

lead at Level 11

“I’ve been really intentional this year about shifting how I lead. I’ve been telling my team that I trust them, that I want them making decisions without checking with me first, and that they don’t need me weighing in on every little thing.

This week, a handful of things happened that they normally would’ve run by me…but instead, they just handled it.

No hesitation. No Slack messages. No waiting for my approval.

Brad Alexander — Owner

I have successfully delegated a chunk of work to my assistant manager for the first time...

It freed me up to work on our new website for a couple of hours, which is so much more important and value-creating than ordering a few birthday cards!

Sally Stephenson

I just returned from a week caring for my dad, who has severe MS, and ended up completely offline longer than expected. I couldn’t be present with my team—and yet they blew me away.

They landed major projects (including a huge one for our newest division), kept clients thrilled, supported one another, and documented everything they needed from me.

I came back to glowing client emails I still haven’t caught up on. Being offline this long would’ve terrified me a year ago, but now I have full confidence in my team’s ability to lead, decide, and move things forward.

Shauna Lynn Simon

Had a 30-day check-in with my new virtual assistant and she told me how much she enjoyed working as a team with the new data entry clerks.

I actually had to admit I didn’t know what she meant…which basically tells me amazing things are happening inside my business without me.

Kevin Coryell

Incase we haven't met yet...

Hi 👋🏼, I’m Adrienne!

I spent years in the corporate manufacturing industry, helping large organizations improve profitability and create cost savings through operational efficiency.

As I climbed the corporate ladder, I realized I didn’t align with the leadership's values, and I didn’t want their jobs.

So, I spent the next 6 months building a consulting practice on the side. I supported small business owners to get better results with less resources.

I’ve been a full-time entrepreneur now for 12+ years, grown multiple 7-figure companies with teams of 2 to 10.

Co-Founded Run Like Clockwork alongside Mike Michalowicz, where I worked with 1000’s of small business owners over the years to help them design a business that can run itself.

And now I’m the founder of Level 11 Leaders where we build teams that think critically, own outcomes, and drive growth.

But HOW?

I deeply understand how companies work, how team members think, and how the best leaders lead, all of which I bring directly into my work.

Coaching small business owners to create solutions that match their values and vision for their life and business is my greatest gift and joy.

It’s what I love to do, and I’m objectively good at it.

The Boardroom is an opportunity to do what I love most, with the people I love to serve, at a more intimate level.

This is perfect

for you if…

  • You’ve built a great team, but they still come to you for decisions they should be making on their own.

  • You spend more time answering questions and chasing updates than leading strategy.

  • Your team is capable, but not yet confident — they wait for direction instead of taking initiative.

  • ou want to develop independent thinkers who can manage themselves and their results.

  • You’re ready to invest in real behavior change — not just another training that sounds good but doesn’t stick.

This won’t be

the right fit if…

  • You’re looking for a quick fix instead of committing to long-term team growth.

  • You’d rather stay in control than empower your people to lead from their seat.

  • You expect results without providing accountability or feedback.

  • You’re already leading a fully self-sufficient, high-performing team.

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this only for CEOs or business owners?

No. The Boardroom is for anyone who manages people.

Some members are founders and executives. Others are managers, team leads, or department heads inside organizations. If you are responsible for people, performance, and outcomes, you belong here.

I am a new or untrained manager. Is this too advanced for me?

This is exactly who it is for.

Most people are promoted into leadership because they were good at their job, not because they were trained to lead. The Boardroom is built to close that gap with practical skills you can apply immediately.

What if I don't manage a large team

Leadership skills scale.

Whether you manage one person or fifty, the challenges around communication, accountability, feedback, and ownership are the same. The tools inside The Boardroom work at every level.

I don't have time for another program. How time-intensive is this?

This was designed for real leaders with real schedules.

You can attend the monthly workshop live or watch the replay. Most members spend one to two hours per month and apply what they learn immediately in their existing meetings and conversations.

Is this therapy, mindset work, or personality-only content?

No.

This is skill-based leadership development. While self-awareness matters, the focus is always on behavior, communication, decision-making, and performance.

What if my company already has leadership training?

Most internal leadership training focuses on compliance, policy, or surface-level management.

The Boardroom focuses on how leadership actually shows up day to day: difficult conversations, accountability, developing people, and leading without control.

Many members use this alongside internal programs because it fills the gap those programs miss.

Can my company pay for this?

Yes.

Many organizations cover professional development for managers and leaders. You will receive a receipt and details to submit for reimbursement.
