The Boardroom is where female founders become owners of their businesses rather than operators within them, and build equity that gives them real options.
You've spent years getting better at running your company. This is where you learn to own it.

A leadership development community for founders, executives, and managers who were promoted into leadership without being taught how to truly lead people.
If leading others feels more difficult than it should, this is made for you.
Monthly leadership workshops.
Practical tools you can implement immediately.
A community of leaders addressing the same challenges you face.

From the outside your business looks like it's working.
The revenue is there, or close to it.
The demand is real. People assume you have it handled.
You know what it actually costs you.
Every bit of growth lands more decisions on your desk and more weight on your shoulders. The business moves as fast as you can move, and it stops the moment you do.
You keep promising yourself you'll start working on the business instead of in it, and every quarter it pulls you back in
What you've built so far is a very good job.
One that ends the day you stop, that nobody could buy from you, run for you, or take over when you're ready to be done.
You've been optimizing for more for a long time, and lately it has stopped feeling like the answer.

You can hire help, delegate, document everything, and build systems for all of it. Most founders do. Many of them watch the whole thing unravel within a few months.
They hire an operator and keep operating right over the top of them.
They build the system and route around it the first time things get tight.
They take a week off and spend it answering Slack from the pool.
As long as you still believe, somewhere deep down, that you are the engine of this business, you will rebuild your own dependency faster than anyone can remove it.
Becoming the owner of a business that runs without you starts with becoming someone who can actually let it. That is the work the Boardroom is built around.

A live training from Adrienne on one specific piece of the work: building equity, removing your own dependency, or moving along the 4 Exits framework. The library grows the longer you stay, so your shelf deepens over time.
Roundtable discussions that turn each training into something you can apply with your own team that week.
Practical tools, scripts, and templates, including our frameworks for communication, accountability, and development.
A private community of founders at the same stage of waking up, with direct access to Adrienne and the Level 11 team through office hours, Q&A, and async support.
Each month I run one focused workshop that solves a single real problem standing between you and a business that runs without you. They're working sessions you apply with your team right away, not lectures.
A few that hit hardest for founders trying to get out of the day to day:
Get different people to take ownership without constantly hovering.
Eliminate wasted time while keeping the team focused.
Say the thing in a way people can hear and act on.
Set expectations, follow through, and keep trust intact.
Spot character, red flags, and role fit before it becomes a problem
Topics evolve with what the room needs, so the lineup shifts over time. Members get every live workshop and every replay. The compounding is the point. Each session removes one more reason the business still needs you in the middle of it.

Most founders have never been shown what they're actually building toward.
They want freedom, or to sell one day, but they have no map and no way to tell whether today's decision is moving them closer or further away.
The 4 Exits framework is that map.
It gives you a named path, the specific exit you're building toward or the combination of them, and a way to run every hire, system, and decision through that lens.
By around month six, you'll be thinking about your business this way without trying.
It changes what success even means. Less about how much more you can produce, more about how transferable the whole thing has become.
Awake to the fact that you're the bottleneck, and ready to do something about it
Genuinely ambitious, not building this to stay small or barely get by
Focused on growing your wealth, your net worth, and your options, with your business as the vehicle for all three
Doing anywhere from $250K to $5M, whether you've got a team of twelve or you're running lean with AI and contractors
Clear that what qualifies you here is your mindset, not your revenue or your team size
Looking for general leadership development with no real wealth goal behind it
After a community to belong to without doing the work
Hunting for more clients or revenue tactics, which isn't what we teach
Not yet at $250K, or not yet ready to build a real business
Looking for high-touch, structured, twelve-month execution alongside your operator, which is what The Suite is for

You think of yourself as the owner of the business, not the person who runs it.
You know exactly what you're building toward. You have a named exit path, you know which of the 4 Exits you're working toward and why, and you know what good looks like at 12, 24, and 60 months out.
You can explain what equity actually is, what your own dependency is costing you, what makes a business genuinely valuable, and what your specific next moves need to be.
You have a room full of women playing the same long game, asking the same questions, doing the same hard work of becoming optional. You're not figuring it out alone anymore.
And you're making different choices. You've stopped chasing every opportunity and saying yes to every demand, and you protect your energy for the work that actually builds equity.

You’re spending more time chasing updates than driving strategy.

Your team waits for direction instead of taking initiative.

Problems keep resurfacing because no one’s truly owning the solution.

You’re still the go-to for every major decision.

You know they’re capable — they just haven’t been trained to lead at a higher level.
"I've been really intentional this year about shifting how I lead. I've been telling my team that I trust them, that I want them making decisions without checking with me first. This week, a handful of things happened that they normally would've run by me, and instead they just handled it."
"I successfully delegated a chunk of work to my assistant manager for the first time. It freed me up to work on our new website for a couple of hours, which is so much more value-creating than ordering a few birthday cards."
"I just returned from a week caring for my dad, who has severe MS, and ended up offline far longer than expected. I couldn't be present with my team, and yet they blew me away. They landed major projects, kept clients thrilled, supported one another, and documented everything they needed from me. Being offline this long would have terrified me a year ago. Now I have full confidence in my team's ability to lead, decide, and move things forward."
"Had a 30-day check-in with my new virtual assistant and she told me how much she enjoyed working as a team with the new data entry clerks. I had to admit I didn't know what she meant, which basically tells me amazing things are happening inside my business without me."

Hi 👋🏼, I’m Adrienne!

I spent years in corporate manufacturing helping large organizations improve profitability through operational efficiency. As I climbed, I realized I didn't share the leadership's values and I didn't want their jobs, so I spent six months building a consulting practice on the side, helping small business owners get better results with fewer resources.
I've been a full-time entrepreneur for over 12 years and have grown multiple seven-figure companies with teams of two to ten.
I co-founded Run Like Clockwork with Mike Michalowicz, where I worked with thousands of small business owners to help them design businesses that could run themselves.
Now I'm the founder of Level 11 Leaders, where we build teams that think critically, own outcomes, and drive growth.
I understand how companies work, how team members think, and how the best leaders lead, and I bring all of it directly into this room. Coaching founders to build something that matches their actual vision for their life is the work I love most, and it's the work I'm genuinely good at.
The Boardroom is where I get to do it with the women I most want to serve.
You’ve built a great team, but they still come to you for decisions they should be making on their own.
You spend more time answering questions and chasing updates than leading strategy.
Your team is capable, but not yet confident — they wait for direction instead of taking initiative.
ou want to develop independent thinkers who can manage themselves and their results.
You’re ready to invest in real behavior change — not just another training that sounds good but doesn’t stick.
You’re looking for a quick fix instead of committing to long-term team growth.
You’d rather stay in control than empower your people to lead from their seat.
You expect results without providing accountability or feedback.
You’re already leading a fully self-sufficient, high-performing team.
You can, and most women do.
Most of them end up operating right over the top of that new hire within ninety days, because the identity never shifted first. The Boardroom does the foundational work that makes every structural change you make later actually take root. Without it, you're paying for tactics that won't hold
Yes, as long as you're building toward real wealth and ambition rather than a comfortable lifestyle.
The frameworks apply whether you're building a team or building leverage through systems and AI. What matters is that you already know you're the bottleneck and you're ready to build something that doesn't depend on you alone.
Most programs hand you tactics. The Boardroom does the identity work underneath the tactics first, which is what decides whether anything else sticks. It also has no end date. It's a membership and a long-term home for the wealth-building journey.
The core commitment is the monthly training and roundtable, plus whatever you want from the community and the library. It's built to fit around running a business, not to become another full-time job.
The Boardroom is where you do the identity and foundation work: the shift from operator to owner, the frameworks, the language, the community, and clarity on your exit path. The Suite is where you do the high-touch, twelve-month structural execution alongside your operator. The Boardroom comes first, and every Suite member keeps her seat in it.
No. For many women the Boardroom is their long-term home and they stay for years. The Suite is one possible next step, not a required one. There's no forced path.
Yes. Many members expense their membership as professional development. We're happy to provide an invoice if you need one.

Before you can build a business that runs without you, you have to become someone who can let it.
The Boardroom is where that begins.
